The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued yesterday the instrument of ratification of a protocol amending some provisions of the agreement on mutual encouragement and protection of investments between the governments of Qatar and Romania signed in Bucharest on March 3, 2008. The Emir, meanwhile, issued an instrument ratifying an agreement on economic, trade and technical cooperation between the governments of Qatar and Macedonia signed in Doha, on March 21, 2005.
