Hamad Medical Corporation

Emergency services

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal.

The Pediatric Emergency Centers

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal for medical emergencies involving children ages 14 years old and younger.

The Ambulance Service

• To operate as normal.

Outpatient Clinics

• Closed from 19- 27 April 2023, to re-open on 30 April 2023.

Urgent Consultation Services

• Closed from 19 - 27 April 2023, to re-open on 30 April 2023.

National Mental Health Helpline

• 19 - 20 April 2023, from 8 am - 8 pm
• Closed on 21 - 25 April 2023
• 26 - 29 April 2023, from 9 am - 2 pm
• Starting 30 April 2023, will operate at normal hours

The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service

• Closed from 19 - 27 April 2023, to re-open on 30 April 2023.

16000 Government Healthcare Hotline

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal.

HMC's Blood Donor Center

• Closed from 21 - 22 April 2023, re-open 23 - 27 April 2023 from 10 am - 8 pm
• Closed on 28 April 2023, re-open 29 April 2023 from 10 am - 8 pm

Ministry of Interior

• Departments of security nature and traffic investigation departments: 24 hrs
• Passports, Traffic, Nationality and Travel Documents, and Criminal Evidence and Investigation Department: 8 am - 12 pm

Civil Service and Government Development Bureau

• The government service offices will be open from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm in the morning shift and from 2 am until 7 pm in the evening shift.

Banks

Qatar Central Bank announced that the Eid Al Fitr 2023 holiday for financial institutions is from 23 - 25 April 2023, and business is to resume on 26 April 2023.

FAHES

Official holiday in WOQOD Vehicles Inspection (FAHES) will commence from 19 April to 27 April 2023. Normal duties will resume on 30 April 2023.

FAHES will operate FAHES Mazrouah & Industrial area stations from 19 April to 27 April 2023 from 6 am to 2 pm, excluding Friday and Saturday.

Traffic services will be available from 8 am to 12 pm at the above-mentioned stations. Gates will close at 1:30 pm.

• Tawar Mall: 1st day of Eid to 29 April 2023

• Mall of Qatar: 1st day of Eid to 3rd day of Eid
  • General Mall Trading Hours: 10 am to 12 am

• Place Vendôme Mall: During Eid Al Fitr: 10 am to 1 am

Hypermarkets:

• Family Food Center: Day 1 of Eid: 4 pm to 12 am. Regular working hours from Day 2 of Eid onwards.
• LuLu Hypermarket: Day 1 of Eid open 9 am onwards. Regular working hours from Day 2 of Eid onwards.

Leisure & entertainment

• Al Khor Family Park: During Eid Al Fitr, 8 am to 11 pm (book tickets using Oun app)
• Panda House Park: During Eid Al Fitr, 9 am to 5 pm (book tickets using Oun app)
  
• Doha Quest: First day of Eid until 29 April 2023: 12 pm - 10 pm

Ministry of Public Health

Medical Relations and Treatment Abroad Department

• Will be attended at the Ministry of Public Health Building from 19 - 27 April 2023 from 9 am - 11:45 am, except Fridays & Saturdays.

Private Healthcare Clinics

Westbay Medicare

• 2nd & 3rd day of Eid: 9 am to 5 pm

Al Ahli Hospital

• Outpatient clinics closed from 21-25 April 2023, to re-open on 26 April 2023

Doha Clinic

• Outpatient clinics closed from 21-22 April 2023
• Select clinics open 23-24 April 2023 from 4 pm - 9 pm
• Emergency services open 24 hrs

Veterinary clinics

• Dragon Animal Care Center: 1 pm to 9 pm during Eid Al Fitr
• Qatar Vet Center: closed on 23 April 2023; emergency service available, rest of the time 8 am to 8 pm on both locations at Al Aziziya and Duhail, 24x7 emergency service available
