According to the Ministry of Interior, service-oriented departments (Passports, Traffic, Nationality and Travel Documents, CEID) will work from 8 am to 12 noon. Security Departments and Traffic Investigation Sections will be working round the clock.
Government sector
As per the announcement from Amiri Diwan, For the ministries, other government agencies, public bodies, and institutions, the Eid Al Adha holidays will begin on Sunday 18 July 2021 and end on Sunday 25 July 2021. Staff will resume their work on Monday 26 July 2021.
The Trauma and Emergency Center continues to operate 24-hours-a-day throughout the eid holiday period as normal.
The Pediatric Emergency Centers will also remain open 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for medical emergencies involving children under the age of 14 years.
The Ambulance Service will continue to operate 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for people requiring emergency medical assistance.
The Nesma'ak Call Center will be closed from Tuesday 20 July to Thursday 22 July in observance of Eid Al Adha and will reopen on Friday 23 July at 2 pm. The Urgent Consultation Service will be closed from Friday 16 July until Sunday 25 July and reopen Monday 26 July.
The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service will be closed from Friday 16 July until Sunday 25 July and reopen Monday 26 July.
The National Mental Health Helpline will be closed from Friday 16 July until Sunday 25 July and will reopen Monday 26 July.
The Hamad Blood Donor Centers will be closed Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 July and reopen on Wednesday 21 July at 10 am.
Private healthcare facilities
Sidra Medicine - Outpatient clinics will be closed from 19 - 22 July 2021 for Eid Al Adha, while inpatient and emergency services will continue as normal. For details on how to access care (including pharmacy) during the holidays visit: https://www.sidra.org/patients-visitors
Syrian American Medical Center - Mall of Qatar branch from 12 pm till 8 pm; Luqta branch - Closed
Doha Clinic Hospital - Closed on 19 and 20 July; Open on 21 -23 July from 4 pm to 9 pm for select clinics only. ER services available.

The National Museum of Qatar will be closed on the first day of Eid, 20 July. The museum will resume on regular hours from the second day of Eid. For more info please visit nmoq.org.qa.
Doha Metro
Doha Metro services are suspended during the Eid holidays, from 21 July to 24 July, due to an essential system upgrade across the network.

Mall of Qatar
From 19 July to 23 July:
Retail: 10 am to 12 am / trade until 1 am
Restaurants and cafes: 10 am to 1 am / trade until 2 am
Doha Festival City
First day of Eid to 21 July: 10 am to 11 pm
22 July to 23: 10 am to 12 am
Food & Beverage units will have the option to extend until 1 am during this period. Regular Trading Hours will revert back from Saturday, 24 July.
Tawar Mall
First day of Eid to 21 July 2021: 10 am to 11 pm
22 July to 23 July: 10 am to 12 mn
Food and beverage units will have the option to extend until 1 am during this period.
City Center Doha
First three days of Eid: 10 am - 12 am
From fourth day: regular trading hours will resume

All financial institutions
Qatar Central Bank announced that the Eid al-Adha holiday for the current year for all financial institutions in the country (banks, currency exchanges, insurance companies, finance, investment, and financial consultants) will start from Sunday, July 18, 2021, and will end on Thursday, July 22, 2021, provided that all financial institutions return to work before the public on Sunday, July 25, 2020.
Veterinary Clinics
Parkview Pet Center: Closed on 20 July 2021. Operating hours during Eid period is from 8 am to 8 pm.
Royal Veterinary Center: Closed on the first day of Eid; 4 pm to 6 pm on the second and third day of Eid.
Dragon Animal Care Center: During Eid Al Adha, they're open from 1 pm to 9 pm.
Qatar Vet Center: Closed on 20 July but call for emergency (24 hours); Open from 8 am to 8 pm except for Friday. Emergency number: +974 4421 6405
Dr. Faris Al-Timimi Vet Clinic: Closed on 20 & 21 July 2021. Reopens from Thursday, 22 July 2021 from 8 am to 6:30 pm.
Pet Vet Care Hotel and Clinic: Open on 21 & 22 from 8:30 am - 12:30pm & 4pm - 10pm.
