Eid Mubarak folks! According to Qatar Calendar House, as reported in theGulf Times, it's looking as though the first day of the Hijri month of Dhul-Hijja 1438H will fall on Wednesday, August 23, 2017.

It's likely the new moon will appear before sunset over the two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Medina, marking the beginning of Dhul-Hijja, with the Arafat Day falling on Thursday, August 31, 2017.
