Great discussions today during the two-day Protect Education in Insecurity and Conflict (PEIC) International Seminar: “Attacks on Education: Addressing the Data Challenge": held at the Grand Hyatt in Doha today. Education Above All’s PEIC programme invited representatives from UNICEF, Global Terrorism Database, Imperial College London, Columbia University, Qatar Red Crescent and Small Arms Survey as well as independent consultants to discuss and understand methods of monitoring and reporting. The discussion were led by PEIC Director Dr Mark Richmond, and participants were welcomed by EAA Deputy CEO Fahad Al Sulaiti.
