Doha Marriott holds Sohour for 300 guests
THE Doha Marriott sales and marketing team has showed its appreciation to all its 300 loyal 'Preference Plus' bookers and key accounts for their support and invited them to a Sohour dinner.
The dinner was held in the traditional Ramadan tent Diwan Al Sultan where the team welcomed all guests to a true oriental atmosphere.
All guests were treated to a lavish buffet spread - live cooking and sage bread stations, different dishes from cuisines of the region, juices, wide varieties of traditional food items, mixed grills, shawerma, kharouf, atayaf and kounafa, oriental mezzas, soups, salads, snacks, and sweets.
In addition, there was traditional live entertainment which completed the setting for a memorable evening with entertainers from across the Middle East who filled the tent with their lyrical performances.
The party was a huge success and everybody had a great time. Conversations flowed and the guests were once again thrilled by a raffle draw with prizes such as dinner vouchers for all six restaurants, treatment vouchers for the Spa, weekend stays at the hotel and other Marriott hotels in the region, and the grand prize of the evening was a round trip economy class ticket to Europe, donated by Turkish Airline.
“We thank Turkish Airlines and Doha Bank for their sponsorship commitment to our Ramadan tent,” said Belal al-Kadry, director of sales and marketing.
