Doha Bank’s e-branch reopens at Royal Plaza

Doha Bank has announced the re-opening of its electronic branch at Royal Plaza after a three-month restoration period. The e-branch will provide service for the entire area as well as customers visiting the mall, offering a selection of banking services and products. An ATM and online banking facility have also been fitted for 24/7 self-service banking. The branch will be operating Saturday to Thursdays 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm. At the inauguration ceremony, which was attended by senior officials of Doha Bank and other dignitaries from Royal Plaza Management, R Seetharaman, chief executive officer, Doha Bank Group, said: “We are glad to roll out our individuality and at the highest speed to all our existing and new branches and in fostering an environment that suits our customers’ expectation when it comes to modernisation and handiness in service.” Nabil Tabbara, executive manager, retail banking, said: “Our initiatives are strategically suited to accommodate to our customers’ lifestyle changes. Our branches are designed with a methodology for customer delight and comfort while banking.” He added: “Our electronic branches are well-appointed with Internet banking and phone banking facilities and offers unrivalled services on its multifunctional ATMs such as cash withdrawals, cash deposit, cheque deposit, bill payments, mobile credit top ups, charitable contributions and much more.
