Doha Festival City (DFC) announced on their official Twitter account on 7 January 2023 that the mall is temporarily accessible only from the west side, i.e., from Wadi Al Askar Street or Al Shamal Service Road.

The mall's east side and the access from the bridge and Lusail are temporarily closed. Below is the parking information as provided by DFC:

• West Parking and LG parking are available and accessible from the west side.
• The mall basement parking is accessible through the IKEA basement connection.

Kindly be advised that due to the heavy rains, the Mall will temporarily be accessible only from the west side i.e, from Wadi Al Askar Street or Al Shamal Service Road.

The east side of the mall, as well as the access from the bridge, and from Lusail temporarily are closed.
