The decision goes into force from the date of issue and shall be published in the Official Gazette. the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has issued decree No. 52 of 2010 endorsing a Memorandum of Understanding between governments of the State of Qatar and Antigua and Barbuda, singed in New York city on 5.3.2010 which shall have the power of law in accordance with article 68 of the Constitution.
