The Doha Four Seasons Hotel recently launched yesterday the Brasserie on the Beach for its guests, which offers a diverse-themed menu daily at the Terrace. Yesterday’s theme centered on Lebanese cuisine which was prepared by chef Najwa El Zarif, who has worked in France and joined Four Seasons in 2005. The Brasserie on the Beach will showcase on Monday night the Seafood Soiree, which offers a fresh seafood selection in an elegant market-style presentation. The sea-harvest display will feature a selection of local and imported options like sea bass, hammour, prawns and cuttlefish, among others.
