Weather inshore until 6 p.m. on Friday will be misty at some places first becoming relatively cold at the daytime with some clouds and cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore, the department said there will be scattered clouds at times.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05-15 knots. Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knots, becoming variable at less than 04 knots by the evening in some places.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 or 3 kilometers or less at places at first.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet.
