Data from from the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau showed that between the end of the fourth quarter of 2021 and March 2022, 942 researchers were employed in various government, joint and private entities across the national recruitment platform Kawader. Among those employed, 62 percent are females and 38 percent are males.
The statistical bulletin on the numbers of the national employment platform issued by the civil service office today, explained that the Primary Health Care Foundation achieved the first place as the most employed employers through the national employment platform "Kawader", while Hamad Medical Corporation came in second place, and the General Authority of Customs in third place.
The bulletin noted that there are 3,172 current job opportunities on the national recruitment platform Kawader. Opportunities available on the platform range from graduate holders to sub-secondary education.
It was pointed out that the three most prominent providers of job opportunities in the platform are the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and the Primary Health Care Foundation.
The Civil Service Office stressed that the purpose of publishing statistics comes from the point of view of promoting the principle of transparency in the availability and presentation of statistical data, and its participation with the general public, pointing out that it will be updated periodically by the end of each quarter.
The Civil Service and Government Development Office works with various partners in the platform to continuously update job opportunities according to the needs of the authorities, in accordance with the qualifications and expertise of job seekers, and the ministry of labor through the platform works to align job seekers with opportunities in the private sector.
Recent updates on the national employment platform (Kawader) have facilitated the recruitment procedures for job seekers, through an updated and more accurate job matching system, and the possibility of applying for five jobs simultaneously.
