The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested two residents involved in burgling from a shop located at the Industrial Area recently. A statement posted at the website of the Ministry of Interior yesterday, said the duo have allegedly stolen electric households and new ready-made clothes. The arrest came following a tip-off that two men were handling a considerable quantity of clothes. The men emerged as premier suspects because the nature of their job is not related to ready-made business. When the suspects were summoned for interrogation, both of them broke up and told interrogators that they have stolen the items. The owner of the shop who had informed the police about the theft previously, identified his belongings when it was referred to him.
