Offshore, it will see partly cloudy with chance of light or scattered rain at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot, gusting 23 knot at some places at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 15 to 25 knot, decreasing to 08 to 18 knot by afternoon.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometer.

Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet falling to 2 to 4 feet by afternoon. Offshore, it will be 4 to 8 feet falling to 2 to 5 feet by afternoon.
