Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported that the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report that the weather inshore tonight, 15 March 2023, until 6 am on Thursday, 16 March 2023, will be local clouds with a chance of scattered rain at places may be thundery at times, warning of expected thunder rain associated with strong wind.
Offshore, it will be partly cloudy with scattered rain, maybe thundery at places, the report added, warning of thunder rain associated with strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly 05 to 15 KT, gusting 25 KT with thunder rain.
Offshore will be southeasterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT, gusting to 28 KT with thunder rain.
Visibility will be 04 to 8/3 kilometres or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 FT and rises to 5 FT with thunder rain. Offshore will be 2 to 4 FT rises to 9 FT with thunder rain.
