CGC supports Civil Defence expo

Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC) has extended its support to the General Directorate of Civil Defence (GDCD) in organizing the third edition of the Civil Defence Exhibition and Conference in Doha later this month. Anil Mahajan, COO, CGC, handed over a cheque of QR 200,000 to Captain Mubarak Salem Al Buainain, head of security media section, Public Relations Department, Ministry of Interior, at a ceremony held at the Civil Defence office in Doha recently. Several Civil Defence officials along with Gabriel A. D’mello, Senoir Manager, TETRA & CAMS Solutions of CGC were also present on the occasion. Captain Mubarak appreciated the efforts of CGC for its contributions and co-operation with the Civil Defence department and their support for the expo. “As the authorized Centralised Alarm Monitoring System (CAMS) provider, CGC has been contributing immensely to the GDCD efforts in ensuring safety and security for the people in Qatar. With the CAMS system fully operational, MoI is well equipped to respond immediately to various safety needs and disaster control. This system has helped us successfully handling many fire and theft accidents in the country.
