Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC) and Emirates airline jointly rewarded their 15 best performing personnel for excellent customer service during the Nokia Bundle Bonanza in Qatar. The Nokia Bundle Bonanza offered mobizens an Emirates return economy class ticket to one of 19 select destinations on the Emirates network with every purchase of selected Nokia mobile phones. The promotion was extremely popular with hundreds of customers visiting both CGC Nokia outlets and Emirates offices to take advantage of this excellent offer. Both CGC and Emirates deployed more staff resources to meet the high customer demand. In an appreciation ceremony at the Emirates Doha office, the two leading companies recognized the efforts of their staff in the area of outstanding customer service. CGC presented Emirates’ best performers with a hi-end Nokia phone, while Emirates provided the top performing CGC employees with a return economy class ticket to Dubai.
