The Camel Racing Organizing Committee continues its preparations for the new season 2020-2021, which will kick off Saturday, by holding the first local race at Al Shahaniya and Lebsir racetracks.
The committee decided to add 10 new races due to the large number of camels participating in the first local race for the new season (2020-2021).
Within its keenness to implement all precautionary and preventive measures implemented by the State in addressing the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health, the organizing committee conducted medical tests for all employees, workers and members of the Camel Racing Organizing Committee.
The organizing committee for camel racing follows the health protocol approved by the State in all its activities in the new sports season, and there are many procedures that have been applied since the announcement of the activity plan for the 2020-2021 season, as well as a full commitment to this health protocol from all members of the Qatari camel.
