According to the weather forecast of the Qatar Meteorology Department, most areas of the country are expected to be affected by the Northwesterly wind from Wednesday (March 16) afternoon until the beginning of next week.

The strong wind is predicted to sweep over most areas of Qatar bringing blowing dust and poor visibility below 2 kilometers, especially in open areas.

In addition, temperatures are expected to decrease and it is also expected to witness the phenomenon of high tides coinciding with the strong Northwesterly wind and high sea, prompting the department to issue marine warnings.

Qatar Meteorology also reminds camp owners to take the necessary precautions, as well as to follow the latest updates through its official social media accounts.
