BlackBerry customers of Qtel and Vodafone still experience problems accessing their e-mails and BlackBerry Messenger (instant messaging) following the disruption of BlackBerry services in many countries including Qatar. Both operators have said they are working closely with BlackBerry parent company Research in Motion (RIM) to resolve the issue. RIM services have been severely disrupted due to an outage at its server on Monday.Some BlackBerry customers in Qatar said they were either not getting e-mails or receiving them with considerable delay. In some cases, attachments were missing.
