The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has released Sunday the list of over a thousand mosques and prayer grounds for Eid Al Fitr Prayer.
The list is in Arabic and includes the name, number, and location of the mosques and prayer grounds.
The Ministry also reminded the worshippers to adhere strictly to all preventive and precautionary measures for prayers in mosques. "There is no place in the Eid prayer grounds and mosques for women, nor for children under the age of twelve," the Ministry added.
According to accurate astronomical calculations conducted by specialists at the Qatar Calendar House, Eid Al Fitr will fall on Thursday 13 May 2021 (first day of the Shawwal month) with Wednesday 12 May 2021 being the last day of Ramadan 1442 Hijri.
