A four- day refresher course for selected professionals from the aviation sector in the Arab region kicked off here yesterday.
Nearly 40 professionals representing Civil Aviation Authorities and airlines in the region are attending the course. Saleh Abdulla Haroon, Director, Air Transport and Airport Affairs Department, Civil Aviation Authority, Qatar inaugurated the course.
"This is the second course that we are offering to the professionals in the aviation sector. The course is indented to improve the value-added skills of the professionals.", he said.
“During the four-day course, experts from respective fields will impart training on a series of topics ranging from personality development to how to uphold Arab culture while interacting with the public and the customers,” Haroon said. Georgiana Ibrahim of Regional Training Centre, Arab air Carriers Organisation, Beirut, is the key instructor.
