The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) announced on Twitter a 2-day road closure of Al Meena Intersection to Sharg Intersection leading to Al Corniche Street.
#Ashghal: Temporary traffic road closure for two days from Al Meena I/S to Sharg I/S starting Sunday 10th to 11th July 2022. Maintaining the traffic flow open from Sharg I/S to Al Meena I/S and the left turn open towards Ali Bin Amur Al Attiya St, in cooperation with @trafficqa pic.twitter.com/g7xgimlswv

The closure will be from 10-11 July 2022. The public is advised to use the left turn towards Ali Bin Amur Al Attiya Street and follow directional signs to reach their destination. Those who are driving from Ali Bin Amur Al Attiya Street heading to Al Meena Intersection should take the U-turn to reach their destination as shown above on the map.
Ashghal confirms that this closure comes in line with the previously announced 9-day closure of Al Corniche Street to complete the road's upgrading.
