Every week ILQ features a different Qatari startup in a segment called ‘Startup of the Week’. Qatar has some of the most creative, unique, and impactful startups in the region. We cover different startups across various industries in Doha, from fashion and beauty to food and dining, to health and education, and more! This week we’re featuring ArchEvents, a Qatari event planning startup that provides services such as interior design and branding!

ArchEvents is an online portal that provides event planning services at lower prices than the market's cost. They utilize their "Vendor Tender" concept by approaching vendors in the market for the required products and services and choosing the required quality at the lowest cost.

The company was founded in June 2017 by Noora AlNeama and Nada Khalil. ArchEvents was also recently incubated at Qatar Business Incubation Center’s (QBIC) Demo Day.

This unique startup helps you plan your event in four simple steps on their website. First, you create an account on their site. Second, after creating an account, you can design how you want your event to look from a variety of options, this involves hall designs, event components, and more. Third, you can visualize your event in 3D (which is really cool), so you can see what works or what doesn’t. The last step is where you can follow up on the progress of your event. Their online platform is very user-friendly so each step is an easy and efficient process. In a similar way, you can also plan out the interior design of your event.
