“Al Matbakh” launches new sumptuous winter menu Enjoy Doha’s evening breeze as you dine on world-cuisine
Key media partners joined the culinary team of Al Matbakh Rooftop Grill at Arumaila Boutique Hotel, part of Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels: a luxury collection of boutique destinations in Doha’s historic Souq Waqif. The team showcased their renowned mouth-watering grilled assortments and officially unveiled the new menu. Al Matbakh introduced for the first time camel meat and Argentine tenderloin to their exquisite menu together with the Canadian Lobster presented in an extraordinary ceramic bucket and European Monk fish fillet. Guests enjoyed an international carte du jour featuring special entrees and salads including chicken teriyaki skewers, prawn bruschetta and a new twist on beef Carpaccio. Guests relished their tranquil evening alongside the lounge entertainment overlooking Doha’s skyline together with the night’s endless servings: premium grades of Wagyu beef, slow cooked tender Scottish lamb and the freshest seafood from Gulf waters including grilled sea bass and Hammour.
