110 exhibitors from 30 nations attend show

The 7th Doha Natural Gas Exhibition got under way yesterday, showcasing a record 110 exhibitors, including Qatar Petroleum. Deputy Premier HE Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah and Opec Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri yesterday jointly opened the four-day exhibition. The expo, jointly organised by Qatar Expo and Qatar Petroleum at the Doha Exhibition Centre, claims to have a record 110 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, including Russia, Singapore, the UK, Norway Spain, the US, Austria, Denmark, Germany, India, Egypt and other GCC countries. “We expect a number of exhibitors will be making special announcements during this week’s event,” said Doha Natural Gas Conference and Exhibitions official Georges Saliba.
