SRK will be in Qatar this Thursday (April 26) to inaugurate the new Kalyan Jewellers showroom at the Lulu Hypermarket on D Ring road at 8:30PM.
The hypermarket on its Facebook page is hosting a contest where by five lucky winners will get a chance to win 8gms of gold and take a selfie with the star.
Referred to as the 'King of Bollywood', SRK has appeared in more than 80 Bollywood films, and earned numerous accolades, including 14 Filmfare Awards.
Khan has a significant following in Asia and the Indian diaspora worldwide. In terms of audience size and income, he has been described as one of the most successful stars in the world not to mention his strong Instagram following which has 12.4 strong followers at the time of the writing of this article.
Last 2015, one of SRK's onscreen leading ladies Kareena Kapoor also visited Qatar to inaugurate Malabar Gold Jewellers in the same venue. And just recently, she graced the Bollywood fashion show in Mondrian Doha last January as part of Shop Qatar 2018.
