InterContinental Doha launched a new tourists attraction in Qatar by adding a new water fountain to enrich the hotel arrival experience. The fountain shoots water jets and has 5 different show areas. It has been designed by Greece-based Fontana, the creators of many show fountains around the world.

InterContinental Doha Fountain performs daily a water and light dance show on a musical repertoire that includes the award-winning theme song of The Phantom of the Opera, classical melodies such as Strauss “Radetzky March” or “Winter” by Vivaldi, the world’s top-selling dance number Jail Rock and the signature piece of world-renowned tenor Luciano Pavarotti, “Caruso”

InterContinental Doha Fountain shows start at 6pm, every 20 minutes until 11pm on weekdays and weekends. Each show lasts about 3-5 minutes.

We always seek to offer our guests, Qatar visitors and also Qatar residents, memorable and valuable experiences and that’s why we have decided to invest in this magnificent fountain, commented Andreas Pfister, Area General Manager of InterContinental Hotels Group Qatar.
