Situated inside the beautiful Museum of Islamic Art, on the 6th floor, Idam Restaurant offers at first glance a sea view extending to the picturesque sight of the business district, West Bay. Inside the restaurant, the attention to detail promises an exclusive and delicious dining experience.

The quality of the food and the ingredients used for the preparation of your meal is simply the finest. With a diversity of options coming from either the exclusive Business Lunch Set Menu - which is updated by top chefs trained by Alain Ducasse every two weeks, and utilises fresh and seasonal produce - or you can choose from the “A la Carte” menu.

Beyond that the presentation of the cuisine served is incredibly creative, so it is a delight for the eyes. For example one of the dishes we tried combined a scented exotic flower with our starter. Truly, the presentation has been made an art by the team of French chefs. Even the manner in which you choose your tea is done with elegance – a tea caddy present you with several options for green, black and flavoured teas, and then your infusion is naturally sweetened with pure raw honey, and a touch of fresh herbs, cut fresh while you wait.

There is much more to add to this dining experience at Idam Restaurant but we cannot unveil all. You’ll have to taste for yourself the different option they offer like the appetizing “Autumn Salad, Flowers with pomegranates” as a starter followed by a juicy Lamb Rissoles and finally let your palate melt when tasting their Cacao Soufflé.

Since the menu is changed every fortnight, you can become a regular without ever getting bored, and surely the different gastronomic options available each visit will delight and surprise your guests.

Not only the food will impress but also the quality of the service and the setup of the restaurant.
