Hospitality Development Company (HDC), which manages and operates a number of restaurants on The Pearl-Qatar, is introducing a variety of dining options including Iftar and Suhoor set menus for the holy month of Ramadan, in the glamorous waterfront setting of Porto Arabia.

To honor this special time of year, HDC promises an unforgettable taste of several cuisines across four different venues for Iftar and Suhoor: Burj Al Hamam, Al Tabkha, Tse Yang and Pampano while serving clients “A La Carte” at Megu, Chocolate Bar and The Bread Basket. HDC restaurants will be operating throughout the month of Ramadan from 6.00 pm until 2.00 am.

Burj

Burj Al Hamam, a Lebanese dining hotspot splashes out with a lavish buffet, including Middle Eastern specialties, five main courses of chicken, seafood, stew, pasta and a roast lamb carving station served with rice, and topped off with elaborate desserts and a rewarding range of fresh fruits and Ramadan sweets with drinks and juices. Suhoor at Burj Al Hamam can be ordered “A La Carte” giving both late night nibblers and feasters the freedom to choose from an extensive list of authentic Lebanese dishes that range from light mezze to opulent main courses and fresh seafood.

Al Tabkha, another more casual Lebanese eatery, will serve Iftar in grand buffet style, featuring a custom mix of soups, appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts with free flow of beverages and Ramadan juices.

The restaurant will also offer free home delivery service starting noon with a list of daily special combos to choose from, but will only begin to receive guests a little before sunset. Al Tabkha’s “A La Carte” menu is varied enough to satisfy late diners’ tastes and can also be used for delivery orders, while the dine-in option couples the casual dining atmosphere with the thrill of the World Cup matches which will continue to be shown at the restaurant after Iftar time.

For a more Latino twist to Ramadan, Pampano is serving a five-course Iftar set menu comprised of the restaurant’s signature entrees and a rich amalgam of sea and earth grills with beef tenderloin, chicken, hammour and sautéed shrimps served alongside Ramadan juices, dried fruits and other traditional delicacies with a Mexican flare. Fajita and burrito lovers can enjoy the convenience of ordering from the restaurant’s newly revamped menu until late hours.

The award-winning Tse Yang has carefully crafted a Suhoor set menu for Chinese food aficionados to sample the very best of authentic Chinese appetizers, soups, main courses, rice and noodles and finally desserts, while “A La Carte” selections remain tempting to explore all month long.

As a popular Ramadan gifting tradition, Chocolate Bar’s sweet hampers are always in high demand with its premium branded boxes to fill with a variety of chocolates and delicious sweet bakes or a pre-order of the traditional Ramadan date cake with custom greeting messages. Burj Al Hamam equally boasts the best most scrumptious assortments of Arabic sweets that are certain to please family, guests or friends.
