One of the most followed sports on the planet - the FIFA Club World Cup™ will kick off in Qatar on 11 December and conclude on 21 December. There are plenty of excitements, hard-fought matches, goals and a few shocks and surprises along the way waiting around this beautiful game. You will see celebrated teams, including the famous Liverpool FC, recent Copa Libertadores winners Flamengo and Qatar Stars League champions Al Sadd SC.
To add fuel to the excitement, a free festival of football will welcome fans from around the globe as Doha hosts the FIFA Club World Cup™ for the very first time. The fun will kick-off on 9 December and continue all the way through to the FIFA Club World Cup™ final on 21 December.
You can enjoy live music from amazing artists and DJs, international food and beverages, and football-themed activities that promise to impress the whole family! Entry to the Fan Zone is free to provide the visitors a chance to sample the excitement of the sports extravaganza in a vibrant and thrilling atmosphere.
The FIFA Club World Cup™ Fan Zone, in partnership with Alibaba Cloud, will run at Doha Sports Park (next to Doha Golf Club).
The fan zone is the perfect outdoor venue for pre-match entertainment and socializing – or just soaking up the party atmosphere on non-match days. Musical acts already confirmed include Space, The Lightning Seeds, and Tunisia’s Alianza. Artists will come from around the world, with a Brazilian samba group, a Mexican mariachi band and international DJs set to entertain the crowds.
In addition, Qatar’s diverse mix of international communities will share their traditional songs and dances on stage, adding to the fan zone’s carnival feel.
The Fan zone will also have food and drink booths offering regional cuisine, Mexican dishes, burgers, pizza, and ice cream - giving fans plenty of choices.
Parking is available but you can use state-of-the-art Doha Metro service. That's not all, if you hold a valid ticket, you will be able to commute for free to the stadiums. The complimentary day pass will be available on match days for you upon showing a printed physical ticket for the matches.
The Fan Zone will open every day from Monday 9 December to Saturday 21 December from 2 pm to 12 am. For more information, check out the schedule below!
