IGN Middle East is proud to host Hamad and Khalifa at the IGN Convention as two of Qatar’s most prominent pop culture figures.

With a broad repertoire for someone his age, Hamad Al-Amari’s experience ranges from stand-up comedy (his life’s passion and deepest love!), to being a keen ambassador for charities and children, MCing at film festivals, VIP corporate events and conferences, and creating his own online shows (such as Q-Tips and Kilmatraas), Hamad is a force in his own right and people love to love him.

Khalifa is the visionary and leader behind the ILoveQatar network – a network of websites, social media channels and Youtube shows, a social media management company, and Haroon United Group. Deeply entrenched in the Start-up community in Qatar, and sitting on the board of both the Entrepreneurs Organization and Internet Society, Khalifa is considered a pioneer – winning both Entrepreneur of the Year and Start-Up of the Year in 2011. He is now also Arabian Business Young Achiever of the Year 2014, and ranked 34 on the Arabian Business Qatar Power List.

Hamad and Khalifa will be hosting a panel about the Rise of the Qatari Pop Culture Scene and will be available at both days of IGN Convention Qatar to meet and talk to the attendees.
