[13 APRIL 2023] The Hallyu wave has finally arrived in Qatar, and many K-Pop fans can’t wait to ride it! K-Pop has long been a part of the recent pop culture in Qatar, especially with the current generation. This is why it’s no surprise that there are a tremendous amount of fans waiting for their favourite K-Pop idols to bless the sands of Qatar, much like how world-renowned superstar Jungkook did during the FIFA World Cup 2022!

Now, there’s a chance for many K-Pop lovers to see their idols up close and personal at the upcoming K.One Festa Qatar 2023! And if you’re one of those who stan these superb performers, let’s begin the hype and read through to see who among your favourite K-Pop groups will perform this coming 19-20 May 2023!

iKon

If you’ve been treading the K-Pop waters for a while, then you’re probably aware that iKon is one of the household names. Releasing smash songs one after the other, this 6-member boy band is best known for their record-breaking single “Love Scenario”.

Sunmi

One of the legends of K-Pop, Sunmi is a soloist with a stellar background in the music industry. She initially started as a member of the former girl group “Wonder Girls” under the famous Korean entertainment group JYP Entertainment. Well-known songs from Sunmi include, "24 Hours", "Full Moon", “Gashina”, “Siren”, “Noir”, “You Can't Sit with Us” and “Tail”.

SF9

“Fantasy”, as SF9’s fandom name is called, can get ready to sing some of their favourite SF9 songs as the group makes their way to Qatar at the K.One Fiesta! This 9-member group has released several hit singles, including “O Sole Mio”, “Now or Never”, and more!

EVERGLOW

The 6 member girl group EVERGLOW debuted on 18 March 2019 with the title track “Bon Bon Chocolat” and the single album “Arrival of Everglow”. Are you excited for some powerful performances from this all-girl band?

This 10-member boy group is a relatively young group that has only released their pre-debut single entitled “Geek” on 17 September 2022. The group made its official debut on 30 March 2023.

ATEEZ

ATEEZ is an 8-member boy band that quickly rose to fame thanks to their talent and incredible visuals. The group debuted on 24 October 2018 with the mini-album “Treasure Ep.1: All to Zero” and the title songs “Treasure” and “Pirate King”.

BamBam

BamBam is a Thai rapper and singer based in South Korea and a member of the boy band Got7. BamBam’s songs include hits such as "Who Are You (feat. Seulgi of Red Velvet)”, "Slow Mo", and "Wheels Up (feat. Mayzin)”. The soloist released his new album, "Sour & Sweet” on 28 March 2023.

OH MY GIRL

The 6 member girl group OH MY GIRL debuted on 21 April 2015 with the title track "Cupid". Some of their popular songs include "Windy Day", "Remember Me", "Closer", "The Fifth Season" and many more! Are you looking forward to seeing them perform in Qatar?

P1harmony

P1harmony, also known as P1H, is a 6-member boy group that debuted on 28 October 2020. The group’s debut song, called “SIREN”, featured the members’ incredible vocals, choreography, and visuals.

DRIPPIN was formerly known as Woollim Rookies and W Project 4. The group currently consists of 7 members: Hyeop, Yunseong, Changuk, Dongyun, Minseo, Junho, and Alex. The band made its debut on 28 October 2020 with the 1st mini album ‘Boyager‘.
