H.E. Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali honored the winners of the third edition of the "Future's Writers" program. The winning students signed copies of their winning stories at the Qatar Charity Pavilion at the Doha International Book Fair, which concluded on Saturday.
In a statement, H.E. the Minister said that the program has achieved success since its inception, noting that the issuance of several books written by children is a good indication. He praised the "Future's Writers" program launched by Qatar Charity.
Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Fawzia Al Khater stressed that the "Future's Writers" program is one of the most important programs and competitions that the Ministry focuses on in cooperation with Qatar Charity because it supports human thought and enhances students' skills and motivates them to read. She explained that writing requires specific skills that the Ministry seeks to instill among students, through curricula or enrichment programs, including the "Future's Writers" program.
The winners of the Future Book program and their parents expressed their happiness at winning and honoring.
