The Department for Early Years Education at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, headed by Mariam Al Buainain, held a meeting today with the advisory committee for teachers, where the challenges of early years education, kindergarten and early childhood teachers were discussed.
The meeting also discussed the challenges and ways of solving them in the field of education, and touched on many related issues such as the sources of learning in kindergartens, the position of the overall coordinator and the assessment of their role and tasks, and a number of proposals were presented in this regard.
During the meeting, Mariam Al Buainain said that they were briefed by educators to identify the challenges, pointing out that a new curricula have been prepared this year, and a new guide was issued, to facilitate the teachers' work, indicating that another new guide for early years education will be issued soon.
