The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) in a Tweet has announced an amendment to the calendar of the 2021-22 Academic Year.

The Ministry said that:

• The school staff will return to schools on August 16.
• The second round of 2020-21 exams for grades 1-12 (day/adult education) will be between 18-26 August.
• The first day of the new academic year 2021-22 for students will be 29 August.
