His Excellency Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Dr. Ibrahim bin Salih Al Nuaimi reiterated the Ministry's commitment to support all efforts to improve the work environment, stimulate energies, and develop and update all texts and circulars. He also affirmed the Ministry's full readiness to cooperate and participate in all projects and programmes aimed at achieving this end.

He also stressed that the ministry will continue to support the students and cadres of education, and work in full swing to help the educational system to move towards achieving excellence in work and serve the homeland and the citizens, pointing out that the ministry is working to overcome all the obstacles facing the progress of education, and to develop appropriate solutions in direct coordination with all competent authorities in Qatar.

This came today when Dr. Al Nuaimi addressed the consultative meeting of the assistant undersecretaries, department heads, section heads, consultants and senior officials of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. During the meeting, He praised the efforts of the Ministry's employees to achieve its vision and mission and implement an integrated system of educational services that fulfills Qatar National Vision 2030, which is based on the development of an advanced society capable of achieving sustainable development in order to provide a decent living by 2030.

"Through meetings with educational and administrative staff in schools, we have found a number of administrative and technical problems that impede the march of the educational system, which necessitates uniting the efforts of school administrations and our efforts to resolve and accelerate the creation all the conditions to prevent their reoccurrence," HE Dr. Al Nuaimi said.

The aims of the meeting were, inter alia, to identify the challenges and how to provide a functional environment conducive to work to improve the services provided by the ministry in terms of quality, enhancing communication with schools and means of transforming the programs and energies of the ministry and its efforts to tangible results and outputs, and solving all problems and obstacles to work, taking into account the possibilities and opportunities available and basic needs, and efforts, and how to coordinate them to achieve the desired educational goals.
