The Department of Da'wa and Religious Guidance at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) organized the second quarterly tests for students of the Quranic centers for 2019.
The Advocacy Department revealed that 5,969 students applied for the tests, from 139 Quranic centers nationwide, including 12 in the morning and 127 in the evening.
The department pointed out that these tests, which began yesterday, will continue for three weeks, before (466) test committees including (17) morning committees, and (449) evening committees, and these tests will be under the technical supervisors in the Department of the Holy Quran and its sciences.
The quarterly tests are one of the main indicators in knowing the levels of student children in memorizing the Holy Quran.
