The American Embassy is hosting tons of events this weekfor their Discover America Program to keep you engaged, entertained, dressed (very well), and fed. There is even a free movie on offer at Novo Cinema.

A couple of events that are worthwhile to check out are:

51 EAST HIGHLIGHT OF ICONIC AMERICAN DESIGNERS
Venue: 51 East, Lagoona Mall
Day/Time: February 15-21
Come visit an artistic display of iconic American fashion labels at 51 East. Some of the most iconic American designers will be on display throughout the entire week.

NOVO CINEMA
Venue: The Pearl
Day/Time: February 15, 3:00 pm
Free showing of “The Revenant.” Staring Leonardo DiCaprio, this film tells the story of a frontiersman on a fur trading expedition in the 1820s who fights for survival after being mauled by a bear and is left for dead by members of his own hunting team.
