Employees and staff from different Almuftah Civil Division have been recently presented their Retirement Benefits package at an awarding formality held September 3 at the company’s head office in Al Saad.

This month’s awardees include Mr. Mohammad Nawaz Khan who has served with the company for more than 23 years, Mr. Ali Rehman (more than 23 years), Mr. Momin Khan (more than 24 years), and Mr. Basanaraj (more than 25 years).

Present during the awarding are Mr. Rami Yarvas, Manager of Human Resources, and Mr. V.S. Mannangi, Manager of Civil Division. During the awarding Mr. Rami articulated that “we from the management are aware of how you have performed and have been steadfast in your responsibilities for the company. As we bestow you our token of appreciate, please allow us to be part of your new life, as we have been so when you were still starting your amazing careers with us.”

The Retirement Benefits package include a Certificate of Appreciation, Gift, and a Monetary Retirement Benefit package and the standard gratuity. Staff who have served from about ten years to 20-plus years are eligible for the said retirement package. Employees who have relatives interested in working for the company are also given the opportunity to work for Almuftah Group.
