The Al Khor Carnival has just announced on its Instagram Story that the carnival will not be reopening to ensure the health and safety of all, but they will be back soon.
The Al Khor Carnival will remain closed until further notice, as per the management, as the sanitisation and sterilisation of the area continues today. Since the Carnival is spread over a large area, it's taking more time to ensure it is safe for the staff, vendors and whoever visits, according to an Instagram story on the Al Khor Carnival Instagram page:
The Al Khor Carnival has been closed today (30 January 2021) so the whole area can be sanitised.
Ever since the Al Khor Carnival opened on 23 January, there have been many visitirs to its first edition. That's why the management has decided to close it for a day to sanitise and sterilise the area. The Al Khor Carnival will open again tomorrow, Sunday 31 January 2021.
