In this special time of auspiciousness and jubilance, the Year of the Sheep at Chi’Zen promises to be the start of an exciting and memorable period as the Lunar Chinese New Year is welcomed with a series of festive offerings.
Drawing on the expertise of Chef Eddie Burburanto, he and his team have created a celebratory experience for the diner. The Chinese New Year menu will consist of a special four course set menu at QR 199 per person. A total of six dishes; all fashioned to perfection comprise of delicious treats including Salmon in crushed black pepper, Beef Noodle Soup with Pok Choi, Cantonese Soya Chicken, and Yeung Chow fried rice, to name a few. The dessert offering is the scrumptious and traditional Milk Cream Sticky Rice cake with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Guests may sit with their family and friends in one of the private dining rooms available or in the main dining room, surrounded by a brilliant palette of dramatic blacks and rich red shades, dark wood finishing and classical and modern Chinese artistry.
