Cityscape Qatar 2015has announced that United Development Company (UDC), a leading Qatari shareholding company and the master developer of The Pearl Qatar, will participate as Foundation Sponsor at this year’s event. This year Cityscape will take place from May 11-13, 2015 at the Doha Exhibition Center.

UDC’s primary objective for participating in Cityscape Qatar 2015 is to showcase The Pearl-Qatar as a world-class, mixed use urban development and to highlight the role it plays in promoting Qatar’s growing perception as a destination for luxury development and investment. UDC aims to continue to identify and invest in long-term projects that will contribute to Qatar’s growth, such as The Pearl-Qatar.

Roger Dagher, Director of Corporate Communications at UDC said that the Company is eager to be the main sponsoring participant, particularly because the exhibition is a platform for the exchange of experiences and ideas, providing opportunities to promote major real estate developments while networking, communicating and forging partnerships with some of the leading regional and international real estate and investment companies.

Dagher stressed that United Development Company aims to showcase some of the beautiful properties The Pearl-Qatar has to offer. "As a mixed-use urban development, The Pearl offers a variety of residential and retail opportunities. Thus we are delighted to participate with a 500 square meter stand showcasing an impressive model of the Island.”

Deep Marwaha, Group Director on behalf of Cityscape Qatar, said: “Cityscape Qatar is the perfect platform for companies, such as UDC, to showcase their current projects and highlight the real estate development opportunities in Qatar to visitors both from Qatar, the region and around the world with an expectant of 8,000 plus visitors this year. Further, Cityscape Qatar connects exhibitors with potential investors and corporate end-users and demonstrates the potential that projects like The Pearl-Qatar have to offer.”
