In partnership with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Qatar, the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) successfully hosted its 13th Networking Event for Business and Financial Professionals.

Over 400 distinguished guests from across the business and financial services communities in Qatar gathered at the St. Regis, Doha to network and discuss business opportunities.

This is the second time the QFC has forged a strategic partnership with ICC Qatar, in order to deliver a successful networking event that caters for the needs of an expanding business and financial services community in Qatar.

Guests were addressed by Yousuf Al-Jaida, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the QFC, Remy Rowhani, CEO of ICC Qatar, and Her Excellency Sheikha Hanadi Al Thani, the Founding Chair of Injaz Qatar.
“These networking events are crucial to the development of Qatar’s business environment, and we are delighted to work alongside ICC Qatar to bring you the best the business and finance sectors have to offer,” said Yousuf Al-Jaida. “This is the second event we have hosted in partnership with ICC Qatar, and we look forward to cultivating this relationship in order to help us grow a professional networking platform unrivalled anywhere in the Middle East. It is a privilege for our organisations to come together once again to bring you this 13th networking event for business and financial professionals,” he added.
In order to ensure these networking events continue to include the finest business and financial professionals in the region, it is important to nurture and inspire leaders of the future in this country. Injaz Qatar does exactly that by ‘investing in tomorrow’s business leaders’.
The QFC is pleased to be supporting Injaz Qatar, and welcomes their inclusion at this 13th networking event.
Her Excellency Sheikha Hanadi Al Thani, Founding Chair of Injaz Qatar, said: “Injaz works hand-in-hand with the business community, corporate volunteers and educators to inspire young people to become successful entrepreneurs and leaders in a global economy.''
This networking event builds on previous, similar occasions organised by the QFC in its capacity as an integral part of Qatar’s economic development.
