Doha’s new P.F. Chang’s expresses a perfect balance between the Asian tradition and modern American style. The trendy and upscale restaurant maintains its focus on guest comfort, warm hospitality and attentive, personable service. The à-la-carte menu offers a variety of signature dishes, all prepared-to-order using only the freshest ingredients. Most dishes at P.F. Chang’s are cooked in a Northern-style Chinese wok at 900-degrees Fahrenheit, creating a “wok hay” or “breath of wok” which results in a mix of unique smoky, caramelized flavors and crispy textures that can only be achieved using this ancient traditional technique.

“Qatar is a very important market in the region, and adding it to one of our locations has been part of our expansion plan for some time now,” commented Genaro Perez, Vice President of global marketing for P.F. Chang’s Inc. “We are very excited to share the P.F. Chang’s heritage with such a beautiful city, and feel proud to have joined the list of impressive restaurants that are already open in Doha. Our guests to P.F. Chang’s will be able to enjoy not only delicious food but also a sophisticated atmosphere and personalized service.” added Perez.

The restaurant’s opening welcomed numerous guests who enjoyed the delectable menu, eye-catching décor, lively ambiance, and warm hospitality, which are synonymous with P.F. Chang’s in all its worldwide branches. The selection featured some delicious signature items including Dynamite Shrimp, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef and Great Wall of Chocolate.

“We are very happy to be opening yet another P.F. Chang’s location in the Middle East, this time in Doha” commented Philip Chiang, co-founder of P.F. Chang’s. “We are confident that our diverse, delicious and fresh menu, combined with our stylish yet laidback ambiance, is a perfect match to the selective taste and lifestyle of the Doha community. By paying attention to every detail to give our customers the best experience possible, we are hoping to exceed our new clientele’s expectations.” concluded Chiang.

P.F. Chang’s was created by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming in 1993 when they opened the first restaurant in Arizona, U.S.A. Today, P. F. Chang's is present with more than 270 restaurants in 19 countries around the world.

On an international level, the Zagat restaurant survey voted P.F. Chang’s most popular among casual dining U.S. restaurants in 2011, and the Nation’s Restaurant News Consumer Picks study named the bistro one of the top U.S. restaurant chains in 2011. In the Middle East, P.F. Chang’s was ranked “Best Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai” for 2012 and 2013, and “Best Casual Dining Restaurant in Abu Dhabi” for 2014 by Ahlan readers; as well as “Best Chinese Restaurant” by BBC Good Food Dubai for 2012 and 2013.
