This week, we're featuring Crave - a new food-focused mobile application - that will make ordering food even easier. With Crave, you can order anytime, anywhere without any extra hassles because not only can you track the order you placed, your food will reach you fresh and hot, especially if you’re in the mood for some great food from one of your favourite restaurants, or craving a particular cuisine. The fastest way to satisfy your hunger is with the new Crave food app.
Crave’s superior technology and easy-to-use interface has been built by prestigious Qatari companies - The Al Hattab and Tadmur Holdings – to ensure you get your food fast and efficiently.
With Crave, you can order from a huge selection of restaurants, and decide from a range of different cuisines, without having to step out of the comfort of your homes with just a few clicks. There is no minimum order limit when you order, and Crave is flexible when it comes to payments, so you can decide whether you want to pay cash when the food is delivered to you or prefer using the contactless payment method.
Crave believes efficiency is very important when it comes to food delivery. Efficiency in the way you order. Efficiency in the way your food is picked up from your favourite restaurant. And, efficiency in getting your food to you hot and fresh.
Crave truly owns its tagline -- For the passion of food! Its main mission is to redefine how your food experience should be. With the Crave app, the company "craves" to bring people and great restaurants closer, the easiest way possible. Crave values the existence of great restaurants around Qatar that incorporate people's cultural heritage and ethnicity, and that’s why everyone should experience and enjoy it, when they want it, where they want it.
This purpose was embedded deeply in the two companies. The Al Hattab Holding was established in Qatar in 1995 and has now become one of the main market leaders in what they do. They are joined by Tadmur Holding that lives on generation after generation as a successful and independent organisation, providing exceptionally high standards of services since 1987.
In their own words:
"We did not limit our services to food delivery only. We have created a newer and easy way for customers so they can choose the service that best fits their needs. Now, customers have a wider variety of choices they can order and want to try.”
One of the things that makes Crave unique is you can order now and have it delivered at a time that’s convenient for you. Just before you pay for your order, you can schedule it as you want. In fact, with Crave’s “Grab ‘n Go” feature you can order through the app, and then go pick up your order.
Crave also has a Reward Club. The more you order through Crave, the more Crave points you earn. The more points you earn, the more free food meals you can enjoy and that, too, from your favourite restaurants.
When you use Crave, you automatically become part of their cool monthly giveaways. The more you order, the more entries you have. The more entries you have, the better your chances are at winning a giveaway.
Crave wants its customers to spend more time on other things they love while Crave takes care of their food plans. That’s why Crave has many plans for the future and it looks forward to giving its customers a lot more as time goes by.
