SriLankan Airlines, the national carrier of Sri Lanka and a member of the oneworld alliance, has introduced an exclusive excess baggage offer for passengers flying from Doha to Colombo.
By paying QR150, passengers can get an extra baggage allowance of 10kg. The offer is valid until December 10 this year. The baggage allowance can be purchased up to eight hours prior to the scheduled flight.
SriLankan Airlines was recently awarded the “Superior Achievement in Passenger Experience -Asia Pacific Region title” at the Airline Passenger Experience Organisation Awards 2015 in the US.
Inducting its fifth A330-300 aircraft to its fleet this month, the airline, offers non-stop connectivity to Colombo and convenient connections to the Indian Sub-continent, China and Maldives.
SriLankan operates 88 weekly flights to seven Indian destinations, namely; Chennai, Bangalore, Tiruchirappalli, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, New Delhi and Mumbai. The airline also operates 24 flights a week to Male.
In the greater China, SriLankan marks its presence in Beijing, Shanghai, Canton and Kunming, while its reach in the Far East include Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
