Qatar’s exciting lifestyle hospitality offering, Mondrian Doha, managed by sbe, the leading global lifestyle hospitality company, announces the crème de la crème of rooms offering in the region.

From breath-taking Penthouse suites, to its exceptional array of suites, as another design wonder for the hotel, Mondrian Doha provides comfort in an ultimate luxury setting, promising an exceptional lifestyle offering. Each design element will lure you in and set the tone for a glamorous stay.

Designed by Marcel Wanders, Mondrian Doha brings guests to a fantasia world where anything is possible, and where around each corner lies another surprise. Featuring 211 bedrooms and 59 suites over 24 floors, Mondrian Doha redefines lifestyle in the city.

Located on the 23rd floor, and spread over 849sqm, the Penthouse Suite takes guests on journey through the grand story telling of the One Thousand and One Arabian Nights theme with an authentic approach to modern-day design. Marcel Wanders’ iconic “Floating Staircase” and the hand painted “One-Minute Delft” blue vases set up a striking atmosphere with sophisticated touches as you enter the grand space.

Custom-designed, this two-story Penthouse offers incredible attention to detail, with its locally-inspired features such as a sculptured carpet that is intended to reflect the Qatari desert, falcon designs within the walls and custom furniture including Dewan Majilis sofas, dark wooden foyer doors and a “cabinet of information” that offers details on the fascinating history and culture of the region. Enjoy spectacular panoramic 360-degree views of Doha throughout the spaces, which include a living room, one master king bedroom and two twin bedrooms, a dining room and entertainment room.

Also located on the 23rd floor, guests can discover the unique details of Arabian influences within the expansive, luxurious and truly unique two-story Skyhouse Apartment. This modern day apartment is a true reflection of the ingenuity of Marcel Wanders, spread over 687sqm, offers stunning 360-degree views of Doha: the bright lights of West Bay and The Pearl at night, and the sky-blue Persian Gulf during the day. The suite offers a living room, two king bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a dining room, an entertainment room, a butler/chef/maid room on the ground floor, and a lift connecting the two floors.

Adding to the extravagant suite offering, the Opal Bridal Suite is a true gem amongst other bridal suites in the region, stunning in every regard. Marvel at the sheer splendor as you enter through crystallized mirrors in a hallway of jewels and crystal chandeliers that accent the suite’s four rooms, which include a dressing room and make-up room with a beautifully designed white-embellished mirror, a bridesmaid’s bedroom, a spacious living room, a walk-through closet and an ensuite master bedroom featuring a four-poster bed. Brides can indulge in a long hot bath while taking in views of Lusail City, The Pearl and West Bay, or de-stress in the private hot-sauna crafted from Scandinavian wood.

The Bridal suite also provides direct access to the Weddings. For the grandest of entrances, the 24k gold-sculpted caged elevator descends right from the suite to open directly into the Moonstone Ballroom – creating a dramatic moment for the bride’s entrance, one to truly remember.

Expanding over 229sqm, the Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite is truly majestic. Featuring two bedrooms, a kitchenette and Wanders-designed details like leather embossed high-back swivel chairs, a deluxe bathroom with a chandelier and marble tiling. Additional features such as the desert-inspired sculptured carpet and large decorative divisional frame complete this impressive space.

Spanning 229sqm, the Deluxe Terrace Suite reflects a desert oasis, with sophisticated features including a decadent bathtub, perfect for soaking underneath the crystal chandelier while surrounded by marble tiling and 3-D wall motifs. The beautiful suite provides a Rainfall shower, while its private outside terrace allows for sprawling views of The Pearl, and West Bay as guests can relax in their private gazebo.

Offering in room spa facilities, and Ceil bath amenities, the exceptional 152sqm Deluxe Loft Suite will captivate you. Intricate design details are influenced by the local culture and fabric and are evident in every corner of this sophisticated suite. Taking its inspiration from One Thousand and One Arabian Nights, Femke Hiemstra provides an interesting take on the “Arabian tales” of yesteryear with the striking center art piece, the Loft Suite is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Featuring the signature white columns found throughout the hotel and its own entertainment hub, the Loft Suite offers comfort and unique design.

Marcel Wanders’ authentic design features, like a private kitchenette and crystal chandeliers, evoke the feeling of a pied-a-terre in the spacious 96sqm Studio Suite. Everything you need is here for entertaining, working or just relaxing: a signature Mondrian King bed, a gorgeous bathroom with a crystal, artificial stone soaking bathtub, marble tiling and wall motifs.

Marcel Wanders’ authentic design features are also spread across a selection of rooms at Mondrian Doha including Standard, Standard Double, Superior and Superior Terrace. All three rooms’ categories are spread over 48.2sqm while the Superior Terrace is spread over 65sqm. Each Standard room offers a range of stunning views of the waterfront; from Lusail City and The Pearl to West Bay Doha. The Standard Double room is embellished with Wanders-designed touches, including a luxurious white marble-tiled bathroom with a soaking bathtub. The higher floor Superior Rooms (Floors 10 to 19) offer guests a Falcon’s eye view of the amazing landscape of Doha, from the magical Pearl island to Katara Cultural Village and West Bay. While the sophisticated Superior Terrace room offers a private terrace space and garden to enjoy the stunning views of Doha, both day and night.

Mondrian Doha also boasts world renowned ESPA Spa, and a 24-hour fitness centre. The spectacular property is a culinary emporium; with eight restaurants and bars, including CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Morimoto, Magnolia Bakery and a number of other ‘first to market’ concepts including Walima, a Qatari- inspired restaurant.

Additional hotel facilities will include an entertainment floor complete with a nightclub, rooftop pool and SKYBAR, as well as a variety of event spaces, such as the remarkable and expansive 2000m2 Moonstone Ballroom
