Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 20.46 points (+0.02 percent) when the bourse closed trading at 10,274.15 points Monday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 67,988,858 from 61,542,059 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR214,149,378.30 from QR157,672,413.40 on Sunday.
From the 49 companies listed on QSE, shares of 46 saw trading today. From these, 22 companies gained, 21 closed lower, while 3 remaining company unchanged.
Indices of four sectors ended in green zone and three sector in red zone today. QSE Total Return Index gained 0.20 percent to 18,905.31 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index increased 0.39 percent to 3,951.24 points and QSE All Share Index increased 0.01 percent to 3,004.27 points.
