Oryx Rotana, a five star luxury business hotel in Doha owned by Qatar Airways and under the supervision of Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, has named Delphine Maillard its new Director of Food and Beverage. Her main roles are managing and aiming to achieve the goal for the benefit of the brand and owners and also secure the quality of all Food & Beverage operations in Oryx Rotana.
Delphine Maillard comes with a wealth of experience within the hotel industry, 22 years to be exact. She obtained her degree in Hospitality Management from Lycée Alexandre Dumas School in France. From training in different hotels in France at a young age of 17 to working in 5-star hotels in UK, Maldives, U.A.E, Qatar and Scotland, she has also experienced working in Michelin awarded restaurants. She has accomplished one hotel refurbishment and dealt two hotel openings.
“I’m happy to be back in Qatar,” said Delphine. “I look forward to our plans in refurbishments of the Oryx Rotana Hotel and to further enhance their already exceptional guests’ experience”.
